Hello world!

Hi! I’m Scouter Robin, a Crew Scouter with Scouts Canada on the west coast of the country – beautiful Victoria BC!

I also support the Cascadia Council communications by making updates to the website, helping event organizers to promote and recruit, and often participating in the activities that make our Council one the most active and successful in the country.

Finally, I have a role with the Internal Communication arm of the Communications Functional Team of Scouts Canada as an editorial advisor for some of the many articles that are published on SC websites, newsletters, emails and social media.

Sometimes this puts me in a position to know what’s coming up for our members in a way that can otherwise be more challenging to follow, and so as I become aware of unfolding opportunities, I can post them here. Other times I’m just having such a great time with my Crew and fellow Scouters that I will want to share the adventure.
